It is led by Kristin Carleton, whose background is in wealth management and finance, and Dr. Kathy Matthews, who has a Ph.D. in ABA and whose background is in working with children with autism. Both Kristin and Kathy are mothers of exceptional children.     \n  \n   \n     \n \n \nKristin Carleton, AAMS founded and developed Eli’s Village with the idea that the journey of an exceptional family could be easier with the right professional team to support them.         \n  \n  \n      \n \n \nDr. Kathy Matthews was the former Administrator at the Faison Center for Autism and has a doctorate in special education.
