In addition, she advises clients on tax credits and incentives, including, without limitation,  the qualified opportunity zone program established by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.   \nHer discussion will focus largely on her thoughts about the OZ program following the issuance of the final OZ regulations on December 19, 2019.   \nJenny was recently recognized as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" by Style Weekly for her work with the opportunity zone program.  She is committed to educating business owners, developers and investors on the utilization and optimization of the program within the Richmond Region and the Commonwealth.    \n   \nClick on the red link above to register or RSVP.    \nGUESTS and EMERITUS \n     The guest fee is $90.
