Tim has practiced law in Richmond since 1992.  He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1988, and he graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991.  Tim is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where he teaches classes on estate and gift taxation and estate planning.      GUESTS and EMERITUS\n     The guest fee is $90. Guests must be registered in advance by a member. Guests who are in good standing at another region's Estate Planning Council must register, but are not required to be sponsored by a member.\n\n     Emeritus members must be registered and the Emeritus fee is $85 unless already paid for the year.
