We are pleased to welcome Thomas W. Repczynski, Principal in the Estates, Trusts and Fiduciary Litigation practice at Offit Kurman, as our October speaker. Tom has spent decades in the courtroom on the other side of the planning process, representing beneficiaries, executors and administrators, trustees, guardians and attorneys-in-fact in contested will, trust and inheritance matters throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. His cases typically involve undue influence, incapacity, will disputes and breach of fiduciary duty, and he handles them at trial, in probate and commissioner proceedings, and on appeal.
